- Rational thinking loss (Trastornos cognitivos). +1 (+2)
- Social supports lacking (Sin apoyo social).+1
- Organized plan (Plan organizado de suicidio) . +1
- No spouse (Sin pareja estable).+1
- Sickness (Enfermedad somática). +1 (+2)
- 0-2 Puntos: Sin riesgo. Alta con seguimiento ambulatorio
- 3-4 Puntos: Riesgo bajo. Seguimiento ambulatorio intensivo. Considerar ingreso psiquiátrico.
- 5-6 Puntos: Riesgo medio. Si no hay apoyo familiar estrecho debe internarse.
- 7-10 Puntos: Riesgo alto. Ingreso. Riesgo de intento inminente.
- 0-5 Puntos: puede ser seguro dar de alta (Según las circunstancias).
- 6-8 Puntos: Es posible que requiera consulta psiqiuatrica
- > 8 Puntos: Es posible que requiera ingreso hospitalario.
